For our July call, we will be interviewing a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR REAL ESTATE AGENT whose entire business model is using the internet to generate leads. And his business is growing by leaps and bounds - even in this market!

In March, Tim was getting 200 hits/day to his website (those numbers have gone up since then). Of those 200 hits, 7 people raised their hand to say, "Please call me, I need help with my real estate needs."
Do the math: 7 leads/day x 30 days = 210 leads/month!!
Consider this: Tim is currently giving each one of his agents 44 leads/month. Can you imagine if you were getting 44 leads/month? THAT'S 1.5 LEADS EVERY SINGLE DAY! Talk about drinking from a fire hydrant! It's too much! They are simply overwhelmed with the volume.
This is what I call a QUALITY problem...
Tim has learned that if he can turn over just 15 leads/month to each agent, they will close 3-4 deals every single month.
