Attract Clients To You Like Magic By Improving Your Lead Generating 'Credit Score'!

Dear Real Estate Professional,

I had lunch with one of my favorite loan officers the other day. What she told me was a bit shocking to me: she said that I was one of the few agents left that are still full-time in the business! She said that almost all of the agents she had worked with were either working a second job or had left the industry. (She even went on to tell me how one agent was working full-time at Starbucks because Starbucks offers benefits – including health insurance.)

Since the downturn in the real estate market, all of us are just trying to keep our heads above water and figure out what to do to capture whatever business there is.

Our trade journals and our associations are FILLED with articles, workshops, webinars and seminars on how to use social media to restore our businesses. And we are leaving no stone unturned to figure out what to do to improve our business. So I know you have parted with some hard-earned commission dollars to learn what the buzz around social media is all about. And yet, even though you’ve done everything you know to do...

Well – guess what? I have really big news for you! While social media is important, it’s only part of the equation! Let me give you an analogy that I know will help you understand the current situation:

In today’s tough lending environment, when you are talking to a prospective buyer, you need to know their credit score, right? Why? Because a high credit score is crucial in order for the bank to approve them for a loan, right? But while you may know in general what factors go towards improving one’s credit score – paying their bills on time, not having too much debt, etc… the exact ‘formula’ that determines the actual score is a closely guarded secret that the credit bureaus keep to themselves.

Well, Google is no different. In today’s economy, you MUST have a high Google ‘credit score’ so that Google will ‘refer you’ high quality leads. And, as we all know, high quality leads are crucial to restoring your business.

And while no one knows the exact ‘formula’, getting a high Google credit score has just gotten easier for us – the little guy! Why? Because Google saw that the ‘big boys’ were gaming their system and just shut them all down! BOOM! Like that! In one instant, they were all out of business!

Which means that the door is now wide open for all of US - the little guys! - to be found on Google.

So why do you care?

Because once Google ‘knows who you are’ – i.e. once you have a good Google ‘credit score’ – you will have an endless flow of leads!

Insider Secrets Of A Multi-Millionaire Real Estate Agent
